convenient stay, but a few improvements needed
The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to my friend's home for a family gathering. The young waiter provided attentive service during dinner, which made the evening enjoyable.
The room decor felt dated.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a pub setting. I particularly enjoyed the large shower room, after a long day. It was just what I needed to unwind.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I found it to be acceptable for the quality.

Rooms equipped with decent amenities, including comfortable bedding and ensuite facilities, providing a straightforward stay. The ambiance carries a character that's inviting, with a charming pub atmosphere that hints at possible good times, perfect for those who like socializing.
The decor and paintwork in the pub, both inside and outside, show signs of wear—definitely could use a refresh, although I get that these things take time and money. Noise from outside can be a bit distracting at night, especially with busy streets and lively chatter filtering through open windows, which might not bother everyone but did impact my sleep somewhat. A lack of breakfast options was noticeable, and having to deal with room mix-ups wasn’t ideal, including uncomfortable bed arrangements that required some effort to sort out.

Awesome stay with great vibes
We had a lovely night in a twin room! The bar man was super polite and friendly, we even got to chat and bought him a drink for his uni success! The outdoor dining area was really nice, too. Just wish the breakfast could've been a bit better for the price.

I stayed in a Double Room, and it was nice. Room was clean and comfy, and the bathroom was big. They had tea and coffee facilities, but no biscuits, unfortunately. Staff were really pleasant and helpful with info about the area. Parking was free and it wasn’t too cramped, which was handy.

Chill vibes and comfy stay
Loved the vibe here! My twin room was tidy and had just enough space to practice some yoga—felt great. The bathroom was roomy, and the shower hit the spot. The food was delish, especially enjoyed the bar area for a drink after a long day. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been more reliable.
